Soulful Health Retreat

  • Edale United Kingdom (map)

A one-day retreat for women in their 40s, 50s and upwards.

The theme of this retreat is how to have a positive menopause and post-menopause experience.

We’ll be talking about nutrition and lifestyle and other factors so that you can feel strong and well.

AND, we’ll be going deeper to identify – and gently support - any patterns of behaviour and limiting beliefs that may be holding you back.

We will help you plan a blueprint for a positive menopause so that you flourish in midlife - and beyond.

This retreat offers:

  • An opportunity to pause and reflect on what’s meaningful and valuable to you.

  •  A day where you can plan some positive and self-nourishing changes to support yourself in the year ahead.

  • A chance to lay the groundwork so you feel calm, confident and full of energy while you navigate peri- and menopause.

  • A safe, supportive and creative space to connect with yourself, with others and with nature.

About the day

  • We start off with a discussion on the theme of what is a positive menopause experience? What does it mean to you and how would you like to feel as you go through this transition? What do you want your 40’s, 50’s, 60’s and beyond to look like?

  • As the day unfolds, through group and individual work, you will have the opportunity to address your personal challenges and obstacles, and identify how you can implement changes that will support you through this next chapter.

  • After lunch, we head off into the hills for a walk - nothing too strenuous but it’s an opportunity to either walk and talk, or take some time to yourself, while taking in gorgeous scenery. It’s an opportunity for everything you’ve uncovered to sink in, and nature has a wonderful way of supporting us to make sense of things and provide solutions.

  • The day concludes with a planning session where you identify your next steps, identify the support you need to get where you want to be, and lay the groundwork for the year ahead.

Cost: £200 only. You can either pay in one go, or in 2 installments.

Your facilitators:

Lindsey Beveridge, Registered Nutritionist (mBANT, CNHC), Recovery Nutrition Ltd.

Lindsey has supported 100s of women with their peri and menopausal symptoms and has an in-depth knowledge of nutrition and lifestyle changes that support the menopause transition. With specialist knowledge in midlife hormonal changes, gut and brain health, she helps women connect the dots so that the lifestyle and nutrition changes make sense.

As well as working 1:1 with clients, Lindsey has run online programmes on How to Thrive in Peri and Menopause, and she runs in-person and online workshops on Gut Health and Quitting Alcohol and Sugar.

Menopause turned out to be the happiest and most hopeful time of her life, and it’s her mission to help other midlife women feel the same way.

Lindsey’s feedback:

“I’ve learnt so much about what makes us who we are, why we feel the way we do based on our lifestyle and the importance of knowledge about what makes us function in a healthy and productive way. This is just the start of real change for me and I welcome it and thank you for it.” Tracy Gordon, How to Thrive in Peri and Menopause

“I loved how the course was set up and the passion from Lindsey throughout- she thrives on talking nutrition. You won’t regret joining – knowledge is power.” — Alice Denning, How to Thrive in Peri and Menopause

“Lindsey has very thorough knowledge, and offers a good dose of science and humour.” Laure Manuel, Gut Health to Support Mental Health workshop
