Recover your energy and enjoyment of life

1-1 nutrition and behaviour change programme

Free yourself from unhealthy cycles of behaviour

Do you feel like you’ve lost your mojo and you’re constantly drained? Maybe you’re fed up with bloating, hot flushes, or sleepless nights wreaking havoc on your day.

Perhaps you’re tired of falling off the wagon. You feel stuck in a vicious circle, whether it’s red wine, chocolate biscuits or painkillers. Or perhaps it’s people-pleasing, over-work or other self-damaging behaviours.

Or maybe you don’t feel in control of your body at all.

These problems have a habit of rippling out into other areas of your life, affecting everything from your relationships to work.

You may be too embarrassed to share your problems with loved ones. But that only makes you feel more isolated.

You’re afraid that this is all there is to life. And even more afraid you’re missing something.

I want you to know you can free yourself from the unhealthy patterns holding you back.

Get your life back on track

Change is possible. I know, because I’ve lived it.

I hold space for you to uncover what’s keeping you stuck and build the foundations for a healthier, happier future. I offer nutrition support and coaching to guide you on your way.

Understanding why you behave in these ways is first step to transforming how you feel about yourself. And then small, practical changes to your diet and lifestyle make a big difference to your energy levels, mood and motivation so you can continue moving forwards.

Towards self-compassion

It’s all too easy to beat yourself up when you don’t stick to things. But that only makes you feel worse. Plus, you’re more likely to spiral into self-sabotaging cycles like comfort eating or drinking to escape.

When you’re kind to yourself, you’re more motivated to make positive changes and become the person you want to be. And I’m here to help you with that.

Small steps for big results

Nourishing ourselves well is key - there is wisdom in the words ‘healthy body, healthy mind’. The secret to building nourishing habits is making small, realistic changes.

Restrictive diets are not sustainable and, worse, encourage an unhealthy relationship with food.

That’s why I focus on adding nutritious foods to your plate, not taking things away.

The easier it is, the more likely you are to stick to it.

Building nourishing habits that last

So why 12 weeks? It hits the sweet spot of setting you up for positive, powerful changes.

It’s long enough to allow reflection and embed habits.

And short enough to generate the momentum for action.

Day by day, week by week, those small changes will become your new normal.

I feel a totally different person - stronger, happier, calmer, focused…

I feel at least 10 years younger and no longer feel beholden to my horrible addictions of diet coke, chocolate biscuits, poor diet choices and taking painkillers. I’ve taken steps to regain my free time by resigning from volunteering duties. I’ve started running again and am going to take it in baby steps…

It has been great working with you Lindsey. Your support and encouragement has been amazing.

I was hesitant at first as it was a large outlay, but I was determined to make big changes, and with your support and guidance it has been one of my best investments - and it was in myself!!

FAQS

I’ve never done something like this before - what can I expect?

Many of my clients are in the same boat. I’m here to guide you through the process.

Step 1: Exploratory call

First, we’ll have a free 20-minute exploratory call to see if we’re the right fit for each other. If you decide it’s not for you or you’re not ready yet, there’s no obligation. We’ll talk about what’s going on for you and what you’re looking for. You can then choose whether you want to go ahead.

Step 2: Health questionnaire

Before your first session, I’ll ask you to complete a comprehensive health questionnaire and a 3-day food diary to help me fully understand what’s going on for you.

Step 3: Initial session

Your health assessment and food diary will be the starting point for our initial session together. The call lasts 75 minutes so we can go into depth.

We’ll put together the jigsaw pieces and consider what might be driving unhealthy patterns.

I’ll help you turn that insight into practical actions and create a tailored health plan.

Step 4: Follow-up session

At the follow-up sessions, we’ll look at your progress together and make any tweaks to help you stay on track.

You get 5x 45-minute follow-up sessions at 2-week intervals to keep up the momentum.

Step 5: Recognising progress

At the end of the programme, we’ll review your progress compared to your initial assessment.

You might be surprised by how far you’ve come. 100% of my 1-1 clients have experienced improvements in their initial symptoms.

It sounds like a big investment - I’m not sure I can justify it

I get it — it’s hard for a lot of people at the moment. I want to make this service as accessible as possible. That’s why I offer the option to spread the costs with a payment plan.

But let’s be clear — there’s a big difference between being unable to afford it and not prioritising your needs.

The truth is that this programme is an investment in yourself. And that’s not an indulgence.

Perhaps you’re used to always putting yourself at the bottom of the pile, but unless you look after yourself first, you won’t be in the best place to look after others.

I’m worried that it’s too late to make changes - is it still possible to turn things around later in life?

Absolutely - it’s never too late to prioritise your health. If you don’t make changes now, you may pay the price in the future.

I gave up drinking during the perimenopause after decades of alcohol addiction. I never regretted my decision. It’s a gift to enter your 50s full of hope.

I have a lot going on — what if it’s not the right time for me?

I’ll be straight with you - there is never a perfect time. We often have multiple demands — and that’s life.

All you need is a readiness to commit to making one change at a time in between sessions. We can absolutely develop ideas for shortcuts and workarounds like healthy ready meals if life is hectic right now.

I’m not sure I’m emotionally ready to delve into root causes - do I have to?

If you’re not ready to look inward and uncover what’s really going on for you, that’s ok. It may not be the right time yet.

It’s crucial to uncover the root causes to make those deep changes. Otherwise, the results will be surface-level, and they won’t last.

I’ll be there to guide you and we’ll go gently.

I’m worried I won’t stick to my plan and it will be a waste — how do I know it will work for me?

Making changes can be tough, that’s why we come up with realistic changes that are tailored to suit your lifestyle. The beauty of the 12 week programme is we can tweak it as we go to help you stay on track.

I know when you’re at rock bottom, other people’s stories of success can seem out of reach. It’s natural to doubt whether you could achieve similar results.

Everyone is different. My clients come to me with all sorts of problems, from constipation to alcohol addiction to sugar cravings. They all have a different story and a different starting point. All those factors affect how much you can take on — and that’s ok.

But you should know that every single client I’ve worked with 1-1 has seen an improvement in their symptoms.

I’m on the fence - how can I decide whether it’s right for me?

I know it’s a big decision - I want to make sure it’s right for you as much as you do. I offer a free 20-minute exploratory call before you commit so you can decide whether we’re a good fit.

I’ll ask you about what’s going on for you so I can better understand how I can help.

There’s no obligation - you choose whether you want to go ahead.
