Towards self-compassion
It’s all too easy to beat yourself up when you don’t stick to things. But that only makes you feel worse. Plus, you’re more likely to spiral into self-sabotaging cycles like comfort eating or drinking to escape.
When you’re kind to yourself, you’re more motivated to make positive changes and become the person you want to be. And I’m here to help you with that.
