Shifting Self-Sabotaging Behaviours (ONLINE)

Who is this session for?

If you want to make changes - whether work- or relationship-related, or to support your health e.g. go to bed earlier, exercise more regularly, quit an addictive substance or behaviour - but you find yourself unable to be consistent; or perhaps you find yourself taking one step forwards and two steps back, then this session is for you.

Understand how we self-sabotage

We can have great self-sabotage strategies in place – some are obvious and we are fully aware of them, but some are so subtle and devious that we don’t even know we’re doing it.

Understand why we self-sabotage

We all self-sabotage from time to time. They are protective patterns of behaviour that usually stem from childhood.

When we understand why we behave in the ways that we do, why we have these self-sabotaging patterns of behaviour in place, then we can meet ourselves with compassion and start to make changes.

How to take action

The first step in creating a possibility for change is a good dose of self-reflection. We don’t often give ourselves the time or space to do this.

This group coaching session offers you that time and space. Through self-reflection and group discussion, you are given the opportunity to discover what’s behind your patterns of self-sabotage, apply self-compassion (absolutely key to breaking these cycles of behaviour) and then identify how you can take action.
